James Walker Fluolion 700 Gasket

Fluolion 700 suitable for use in a wide variety of aggressive media including acids, caustics, hydrocarbons, refrigerants, solvents, steam and water. The high compressibility of Fluolion 700 makes this material suitable for applications requiring a lower stress gasket such as plastic, glass and ceramic flanges.

Product features
The sheets are manufactured by a unique process which overcomes the creep relaxation and cold flow problems typically associated with skived PTFE sheets and gaskets.

Particularly suitable for pressure sensitive connections in pipework made of glass, ceramics, plastic, etc
Excellent all-round gasket material especially suited to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
The excellent malleability of Fluolion 700 compensates for irregularities, roughness and/or damage to sealing faces
Quick and simple to install, Fluolion 700 can be removed easily without leaving a residue
