James Walker Fluolion 200 Gasket

100% pure virgin multi-directionally expanded PTFE sheet material
Fluolion 200 has excellent thermal and chemical resistance and can be used in a wide variety of static applications as marine and in nearly every industrial sector. The exceptional malleability of expanded PTFE can compensate for out-of-parallel and / or damaged sealing surfaces. This allows use with stress sensitive connections and applications where only a limited flange load is available, e.g., plastic flanges, glass flanges, etc.

This product is also suitable for use in hydrogen service.

Product features
The sheets are manufactured by a unique process which overcomes the creep relaxation and cold flow problems typically associated with skived PTFE sheets and gaskets.

Typical applications
Typical applications are the sealing of flanges, pump housings, compressors, hand-holes and manholes, air ducts, compensators, heat exchangers, hydrogen electrolyses and many more.

• Maximum pressure: 20 MPa/200 bar (2900 psi)
