Order confirmation
As a private individual, you can still change, cancel or adjust the order as long as we have not yet prepared it for shipment. You can contact us via your personal account or by telephone on +31(0)88 20 20 200. For business customers, as long as the product has not yet been ordered from the manufacturer, it can still be canceled.
*Custom-made items for both private and business customers cannot be canceled.
Shipping information
As soon as you, as a private individual, have paid the invoice, we will immediately start working for you.
Even though the package is shipped the same day, it may not arrive the next day. We therefore recommend that you keep a close eye on the track and trace code you received in the email for the most up-to-date delivery time.
For business customers, we will process the order as soon as we have received the Purchase Order.
Shipping
- We always offer our deliveries, packages, pallets or general cargo at the most competitive transport rate possible. Self-collection from our warehouse is also possible.
- Ultimately you choose the desired delivery time, in combination with the price. We will therefore offer you a number of options in advance in terms of time / price ratio.
There are various options for customized delivery:
- Normal shipment: The shipping time is between 1 to 7 days depending on the destination
- Express / priority shipment: The shipping time is 1 to 5 days depending on the destination and is often the fastest shipping method
- Economic shipment: This shipping method takes a few days longer than normal shipment and is often cheaper than an express service for larger volumes
- Courier service: Your shipment will be personally delivered to the destination you specified
- Special delivery: This shipping method is often used for the transport of environmentally hazardous substances and 24/7 delivery
- Dry ice delivery: Suitable for the transport of frozen goods
- Refrigerated transport: For the transport of products from +2 to +8 degrees
Partial shipment
We may not be able to send the entire delivery to you at once, although we will strive to combine everything into one delivery.
If we are unable to do this, you will not pay any additional shipping costs, but the costs for partial delivery will be borne by us.
