We do not have a showroom or physical store. If you would like to come by for a business meeting or a special order, we would like to invite you to visit our office or to a nearby drinking establishment.
Would you rather have our commercial director to visit you on location? That’s not a problem!

Can I also order here as a private individual?

Yes, as a private individual you can order everything that a business customer can.

Can I still cancel my order?

Private individuals can cancel their order, as long as we have not packed it yet. Business customers can cancel their order as long as it has not yet been ordered from the manufacturer.
* Custom-made items for both private and business customers cannot be canceled.

Can I also pay on account as a private individual?

Paying on account as a private individual is not possible. Business customers can pay by invoice with 30 days, with the first 3 payments for a new customer being in advance.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of receipt of the return, the money will be refunded in the same way that we received it from you.

How can I return my order?

Private individuals can easily return their order by registering it via the webshop and using the return label provided in the package. Do this within 14 days of receipt.
Business customers can in exceptional cases return their package after consultation.

Can my order also be shipped outside the Netherlands?

Your order can be shipped all over the world, as long as you provide an address and/or person for whom it is intended.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the destination, size of your package and in the case of excessively large or heavy packages, which choice of transport is chosen.

How long do I have warranty on my purchase?

he warranty period is generally 12 months, but this may differ per manufacturer.
