Doubts or not completely satisfied with your purchase?

Private individuals have the option to return their items up to 14 days after the delivery date. After we have received your product back in good condition, we will immediately start working and you will receive the full purchase price back from us within 14 days, including any shipping costs paid upon purchase.
*Custom-made items for both private and business customers cannot be canceled.

Costs for the return

The costs for returning are for your own account and are on average (shipped from the Netherlands and Belgium) €7,25 per package and €70 per pallet. Consult the carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you make use of the 14-day cooling-off period and the order is returned to us, we will gladly receive it back from you with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible in the original condition and way it was packed.

Business customers

In principle, a business customer has no right to return their products. But in exceptional cases, exceptions are made by means of a partial refund of the purchase amount. If you would like to know more about this, please contact us.
