Short description
UAD bilge float switch are designed for general usage on ships and industrial purposes. These bilge switches are primarily for extremely high mechanical load and especially dirty liquids.

These Bilge switches have a protective casing that has two functions, one it reduces the movements and turbulence of the medium and two it also guarantees functionality even when foreign bodies are present in the waste water.
A bracket is mounted on the protective casing that serves to fix the bilge switch. It can installed with the cable leading both upwards or downwards.

Principle behind it
The level switch type LSB operates on the principle of magnetic switching triggering a reed contact. The use of this level switch is extremely varied.
It is used wherever fluid levels should be monitored or regulated. An integrated test function allows a mechanical inspection of the switch even when it is installed.
